Step 1: Online onboarding form

Please click the button below to complete the Hoovest onboarding form. You will need:

1. Your government ID (a scanned copy of front and back of driver’s licence or passport)

2. A scanned or digital PDF copy of a bank statement or utility bill

3. Your tax ID number (e.g. SIN)

Step 2: Book a Zoom call with a Hoovest portfolio manager

Please go ahead and book a time with a Hoovest portfolio manager to review your information and confirm how your investments will be managed. It is the same calendar booking link that you will receive in your email after completing the Hoovest onboarding form.
